What it does
ClockRings shows your shift at a glance, in decimal and standard time at once. Punch your whole day — clock in/out, lunch, breaks — in one tap, then see your hours broken down by Day, Week, Pay Period, Month, or Year. Pick the clock face that fits you — analog rings, digital, or a compact icon — always showing both time formats together, and always moving: digits roll, rings sweep, and the Flip face really flips.
A themed look
Every card takes on your accent color — outlined and softly tinted, the same way in Light and Dark. Light Mode finally matches the richer look Dark always had, and a Section Borders switch in Settings lets you turn the outlines off if you'd rather keep things plain.
On autopilot
Auto Clock Rings punches your tour for you — Begin Tour, Out and In for lunch, End Tour — right at the times your Work Schedule says you're on the clock. You can still punch manually any time you need to; autopilot just has your back on an ordinary day.
Pay, on your terms
You enter your own rates — base, overtime, penalty OT, night differential, Sunday premium, holidays and leave — and ClockRings estimates your gross pay from the hours you track, plus your estimated take-home (net) pay once you add your deductions. It'll give you a heads-up before you cross 8, 10, or 40 hours into overtime, and a reminder if you look like you forgot to clock out — so nothing sneaks up on you.
Check it against your pay stub
Paste in your Earnings Statement and ClockRings reconciles it against what it tracked — hours, pay, deductions, and leave balances, side by side — entirely on your device. Nothing is ever uploaded.
Track by operation
Clock your tour against TACS operation numbers and move between operations mid-shift, then see exactly where your hours went in the Operations Report. Not sure what an operation covers? Leave, time off & retirement
Track annual leave, sick leave, and holidays with running balances, and set alarms to pause themselves automatically on days off, holidays, and approved leave, so nothing buzzes when you're not working. Once an alarm starts ringing it keeps ringing until you stop it, and your alarm list stays put and in sync across every device you use. A Dashboard card counts down to your retirement eligibility date — down to the exact day — and shows what your unused annual and sick leave would be worth if you cashed it out.

Punch right from your Apple Watch, home screen widgets, or Lock Screen — synced across iPhone, iPad, and Watch via Live Activities that follow you to the Dynamic Island and CarPlay too. One Clock Rings widget covers every size — a Single Clock that fills the space, One Clock + 3 Panels, or a Custom layout where each corner picks its own clock face and content. Ask Siri your hours, pay, or pay period by voice, or run any of 25 Shortcuts actions. Leave and holidays can sync straight to Apple Calendar, with a one-time .ics export if you'd rather import them by hand, and the Dashboard gives you your pay period at a glance.
Speaks your language
ClockRings is fully bilingual — English and Spanish, including the in-app Help, your widgets, your Apple Watch, and Live Activities. Switch it right from the Welcome tour or from Settings, or just let it follow your iPhone's own language. Postal terms like Tour, Punch, and Operations stay in English on purpose, and the decimal clock always keeps its period, in every language.
Built for accessibility
At the largest accessibility text sizes, the Clock screen and Dashboard reflow into a single readable column that scrolls, instead of truncating readings or pushing buttons off the screen. VoiceOver reads every clock face properly and speaks each punch out loud as it happens, with Magic Tap support for quickly starting or ending your tour. Differentiate Without Color turns the Leave calendar's dots into distinct shapes, and Reduce Transparency, Increase Contrast, and Bold Text are all honored throughout the app.
Fixing mistakes
Forgot to clock in? Start a tour at a custom or backdated time. Made a punch mistake? Edit or backfill it after the fact, bulk-edit your Punch History (multi-select, delete, duplicate a day), or adjust just today's schedule without touching your Weekly Plan. A 5-second undo toast has your back if you delete something you didn't mean to, and Backup & Restore keeps a copy of everything if you ever need to start over. Worked time stays accurate too — even if a tour ends up with two clock-outs, ClockRings uses the later one instead of shorting your hours.
